SHS Honors and Advanced Placement English Prerequisites

 

Student desiring to enroll in honors or Advanced Placement English courses must:

 

-           earn an A in regular English the year before

-           write one of the following diagnostic essays: English 10, English 11, Advanced Placement

-           complete appropriate Summer Reading assignments
